5-4-3-2-1 Senses: Name 5 things you see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you hear, 2 things you smell, and 1 thing you taste
Box Breathing: Breathe in for 4 counts, hold for 4, breathe out for 4, hold for 4. Repeat.
Safe Space Visualization: Close your eyes and imagine a place where you feel completely safe and calm
